C-arms have radiographic capabilities, though they are used primarily for fluoroscopic intraoperative imaging during surgical, orthopedic and emergency care procedures. Includes One periodic maintenance inspection annually to ensure that the system is operating to manufacturer's specifications. Level Two (Parts and Labor- Excluding Glassware Covers all parts at a **pro-rated price ( excluding glassware, imaging intensifier, x-ray tube), travel and labor during normal working hours (8:30a-4:00p) Level Three (Parts Only) Covers parts only, at a **pro-rated price (excludes glassware, image intensifier, x-ray tube).
